AXON HOLDING SAS ("THE COMPANY"), a commercial company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, is responsible for and the custodian of the processing of personal and institutional data collected through its business operations. THE COMPANY collects contact and corporate information through its authorized digital platforms, including Meta instant lead forms (Facebook and Instagram Ads), web traffic tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics), instant messaging channels (WhatsApp Business), and direct quote requests. The data processed includes:

  • Personal and Corporate Identification Data: First and last name of the representative or contact, national ID (Cédula), company legal name, tax ID (NIT), and position within the organization.
  • Operational Contact Data: Phone number (mobile/landline), corporate email address, and physical mailing or project installation address.
  • Commercial Projection Data: Technical information regarding audiovisual hardware requirements, architectural project dimensions, or event specifications.

3. STRICT PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Information provided by users and potential clients will be treated with absolute confidentiality and used exclusively for the following legitimate business and contractual purposes:

  • SALES: Structure, calculate, and send customized quotes for high-end LED screens based on the current daily exchange rate (TRM). Schedule calls and technical visits to the Bogotá showroom.
  • CONTRACTS: Manage databases for the execution of commercial sale agreements, retention-of-title arrangements, and negotiable instruments. Validate business references for 90-day payment plans.
  • LOGISTICS: Coordinate import procedures, customs clearance, and cargo nationalization at the Port of Buenaventura with DIAN (Colombian customs authority). Coordinate freight, domestic shipping, and on-site delivery.

4. CORPORATE NO-TRANSFER COMMITMENT (SECURITY SAFEGUARD)

AXON HOLDING SAS guarantees that under no circumstances will it sell, rent, transfer, exchange, or share users' personal data or business project information with third-party companies, external advertising agencies, or competitors in the audiovisual sector. Access to the databases is strictly restricted to authorized THE COMPANY personnel who require the information for the proper execution of business proposals or logistics dispatches.

5. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS (ARCO RIGHTS)

In accordance with current Habeas Data regulations, every client or user who interacts with THE COMPANY's ads and channels retains the following inalienable rights over their data:

  • Access and Awareness: Request, free of charge, information on whether their data is being processed and how it is being used.
  • Rectification and Update: Require the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated data, or data whose processing is expressly prohibited.
